The coffee area is way too cramped—you can barely squeeze in!!! The restaurant being closed during our stay made dinner plans a hassle. Hope they sort out the pool maintenance issues soon!!!

the room was spacious and clean. It had a nice hot tub for relaxing. staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. it's away from the noisy falls area, which was a relief. great parking available and the elevator made it super easy to access our upper floor room.

The location was spot on, just a short drive from all the fun. Breakfast? Chef's kiss! Loved the hot options like eggs and waffles.

But dearie, that shower was tighter than my Spanx at a fancy event! And the Wi-Fi? Might as well have sent a carrier pigeon.

i had a great time during my stay. the room was spacious and clean, and the service truly exceeded my expectations from previous visits to niagara falls. the jacuzzi was a lovely bonus, and the view from my window was simply beautiful.

The stay wasn't great. The room was kinda dirty and the service fell flat. The manager didn’t really help with my refund issues, which was frustrating. On the bright side, the complementary breakfast had good variety, but honestly, the food wasn't appetizing. Plus, they kept changing rates at checkout. Just not a smooth experience overall.

We had a delightful stay! The spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was perfect for our family. Loved the convenience of nearby dining options like the Italian restaurant across the street and the relaxed vibe offered by the lounge. Enjoyed fun times at the poolside, though it was cloudy, it had a charming atmosphere. Tip, Don’t miss the scenic stroll along the river to kick off your adventures.

Our room was spacious, and I loved the fun mini-golf right on the property. it made our stay a blast! The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day. A minor detail was the faint musty smell in our room, but it didn't ruin our enjoyment. 😊

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful during my stay. They assisted me with my luggage upon arrival and checkout, which was great. The room offered excellent wheelchair accessibility, and the shower setup made transferring from my wheelchair easy. However, the coffee machine in the room was dirty, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room fresh. The breakfast options were quite good, but I felt the overall facilities lacked some maintenance, especially the stale smell upon arriving. It's a comfortable place for someone with mobility needs, but the cleanliness in some areas could definitely improve.
